Kupat blengong is a dish served for dinner that originated in Tegal. This dish contains kupat (sliced cubed lontong and savory yellow soup), with blengong as the side dish. Blengong is a bird from the crossbreed between male duck and female Muscovy duck. As the side dish for kupat, blengong is usually cooked in the form of spicy skewers or fried.
